All orders placed in our online store can be returned free of charge within 14 days.
Products must meet the following conditions for a full refund:
- The product is complete, in original condition and undamaged.
- The product has original labels, tags, cards and/or (transparent) protective materials.
- The product is (if reasonably possible) in its original undamaged packaging.
- The product has not been used.
List of items that can not be returned
The following products cannot be returned:
- Sealed products where the seal has been broken and where the specifications, characteristics and nature of the product are already perfectly clear in the packaging (e.g. batteries, ink cartridges, USB sticks, cables, lamps).
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic or medical reasons because the seal has been broken.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Customized or personalized products.
Register your return
Register your return by sending us an email. Please include your order reference number and the items you would like to return. In order to improve our services and products we would appreciate it if you mention the reason for your return. After we have received your email we will send you a return label and instructions to return the package.

Would you rather opt for the European model form for the right of withdrawal? You're welcome to do so, but it's not obligatory. This form enables you to formally notify us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase. You can download the form [here].
How we process your return
We will keep you informed every step of the way once your package reaches us. We will notify you when the return package arrives, when we will process it and when you will receive your refund. Upon receiving your return, we commit to processing it promptly, ensuring completion within a maximum of 5 business days.
How we handle your refund
Once we have received your return package, we will usually transfer your payment within 5 business days. We may wait the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of the return. We will transfer the amount to the payment method you used to place the order.
Legal right of cancellation
We would like to draw your attention to the legal right of cancellation. In the Netherlands you always have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without specifying any reasons. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose [download European form], but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send a communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that time, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever comes first. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days to return your purchases. Are you not satisfied or is there any other reason why you want to return the products? Please return them to us within 14 days.
Can I try the products before returning them?
Yes, of course you may try on the products you receive just as you would in a store. If we find any damage or wear and tear that shows that more has been done than just evaluating the product, we will reduce the amount you get back by the depreciation in value caused by this.
What is the cost of returning my order?
Returning products you have ordered is completely free of charge.
My return has arrived but I haven't heard back yet. What should I do?
When your return track & trace indicates that the package has arrived, it can take up to 48 hours before the return is actually processed. If you have not heard from us after 48 hours, please contact our customer service.
