When completing the return form, kindly indicate that the item is damaged or faulty. Please provide a detailed description of the specific damage or issue to help us better assist you.

Follow the instructions provided by our support team. Be sure to retain your proof of postage for reference. Once we receive and process your return, we will promptly dispatch a replacement item your way.

We focus on making top-quality products, and even though we have strict quality checks, sometimes a product may have a manufacturing defect or malfunctions during the warranty period.

Warranty period

Our standard warranty period spans two years from the date of purchase. However, if you take a moment to register your product here, we will extend the standard warranty by an additional year, completely free of charge.

Manufacturing defects

A manufacturing defect is a problem with a product that occurs without misuse, normal wear, or insufficient maintenance.


The following circumstances are expressly excluded from warranty claims:

  • Normal wear and tear. Warranty coverage does not apply to instances of natural wear and tear resulting from intensive use.
  • Unauthorized alterations. Any modifications or repairs made to the product without prior authorization from EveBase are not covered by the warranty.
  • Proof of purchase issues. Warranty claims may be declined if valid proof of purchase cannot be presented, if it has been altered, or rendered illegible.
  • Improper use. Defects stemming from improper or inappropriate usage are not eligible for warranty coverage.
  • Damage due to negligence. Any damage caused by intentional, grossly negligent, or negligent maintenance falls outside the scope of warranty protection.

    If your warranty claim is approved, we will first attempt to repair or replace the product. In cases where this is not possible, we will refund the purchase price. In the event that a warranty request is denied, we will return the product to you.
